Physical Commodity Trading
PJG markets and facilitates the international trade of wood pellets from South East Asia and North America and coal from Australia, Indonesia and Russia on behalf of leading producers and trading houses, serving power generators and industrial users in Asia. We focus on both long-term and spot arrangements and manage end-to-end deal origination, commercial structuring, and logistics monitor to ensure reliable fuel supply.
Environmental Business Development
PJG works with innovative clean technology and decarbonisation project developers to originate business opportunities in Asia by partnering with conglomerates, investors, and developers. Our scope includes market entry strategy, project co-development, and capital mobilization across sectors such as waste-to-energy, renewable assets, and carbon finance.

Dr. Man Soo Park
CEO
Dr. Mansoo Park is Founder and Chairman of PJ Global, responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and overseeing key executive decisions. With over 30 years of experience in international trade, he has built a diverse entrepreneurial career spanning the semiconductor, kitchenware, real estate, and investment sectors. Prior to founding PJG, Dr. Park served as Executive Director at SGC Group, one of South Korea’s leading conglomerates. He was also an adjunct professor at Soongsil University and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Washington University and a B.A. from Yonsei University.
Mr. Joseph Lee
HEAD OF OPERATION
Mr. Joseph Lee is Head of Operation at PJG in charge of operations of physical transactions in Korea. With over 20 years in international
trading, Mr. Lee is an expert managing operations and ocean going logistics of energy commodities, agricultural products, and household goods. As
a representative of Seoul office, Mr . Lee leads regional projects and customer relationship. Previously, Mr. Lee served as the executive
representative of a boutique trading firm in Korea.
Mr. Insung Rhyo
HEAD OF ORIGINATION
Mr. Insung Rhyo is Head of Origination at PJ Global, leading business development across carbon, energy, and environmental markets. With a strong background in B2B trade, he has managed export-import operations and strategic partnerships at several publicly listed companies. A graduate of Sejong University in Business Administration, he also founded and operated his own trading firm, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, deal execution, and supplier engagement.
